During my role as a HR Specialist & GM Executive Secretary at Natco Holding Co. – one of HSA Group of Companies, I was responsible for manage & organize all the office work efficiently. I had to follow up on the progress of our achievements according to the procedures to ensure that goals are reached. I provided support to all other departments to organization’s goals and strategies.
I have outstanding management skills and excellent knowledge in Yemeni Labour law, Social Security Law. I am able to ensure monthly payroll land the employee’s dues in a timely and accurate manner. I gained knowledge about government and nongovernment organisational strategies, policies, guidelines and plans in HR.
I possess excellent leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. I assisted in improving HR procedures by joining OD Team to develop HR Department and I had a Letter of Recognition for my efforts.
I have the communication skills needed to represent YRCS, as I am able to create and maintain relationships with all dealers. In addition, I have the ability to remain professional, upbeat and calm in stressful situations.
